British news reader Huw Edwards wears a JLC Memovox watch which has also been pictured wearing whilst reading the news as well. This is a vintage watch which is simply beautiful and interestingly, it’s also an original piece and not a remake either.
Speaking in an interview with the Financial Times, Edwards said “I call it my BBC News watch. It is the watch that is seen by millions of people a week. It’s a vintage Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox: Wone of the original models, not the revamped, reissued one. I bought it secondhand before mobile phones with their handy alarm clocks.”
