This did not deter a young Hilfiger, who then moved to NYC in order to become a professional fashion designer. Things were different this time as the brand grew exponentially before the company went public in 1992. In 2006, the company went private once again when it was purchased by Apax Partners for a sum of $1.6 billion. This is where the brand remains today.

This means that Tommy Hilfiger entrusts the reputable Swiss brand to develop and manufacture watches on behalf of the brand.

Tommy Hilfiger watches are pretty solid value for money. By no means are you going to get a fantastic deal when buying a branded fashion watch. Although with that being said, Tommy Hilfiger is priced in the middle of their various competitors. If you are to buy a Tommy Hilfiger watch online from a website such as Amazon, you will typically pay between $100-200. The cool sport is a very masculine style watch model developed by Tommy Hilfiger. As you are able to see, the watch has 3 subdials, the brand does not really produce chronograph watches and instead opts for date/day of the week measurements – which are actually quite useful compared to an old-fashioned stopwatch.
Hilfiger makes good use of the metallic color which is somewhere between unpolished stainless steel and gunmetal. The textured dial also adds to the futuristic style of the overall watch.
Curis
As one of the cheapest watches in the Tommy Hilfiger range. The Curis is one of the best value TH watches for money. It has a classic dial with a subdial displaying the seconds – a design you will often see from vintage brands such as Rotary.
Hilfiger put their own spin on this dress watch by having a textured dial which makes the watch look not too dissimilar from their jeans. Overall, this watch would be a good buy for someone looking for a watch for both smart and casual occasions. You cannot really go wrong with a solid stainless steel dress watch.
Graham
The Graham would only really be recommended for men with big wrists and thick forearms. If you fit into this category then the Graham would be a good match for you. The reason being is that the dial is 50mm wide, which is very large for a men’s watch and typically something you only see from brands such as Invicta.
With that being said, the Graham is much more subtle than most garish and oversized watches. Hilfiger has opted for a very unusual day of the week counter next to the date window. This is both stylish and practical.

The two tone color scheme of the watch combines both a vintage style with the modern design of the watch. Once again, the subdials are not for chronograph measurements, but instead the more useful function of telling the day of the week and date of the month. The lugs on this watch are fairly large so it will wear a bit bigger than it looks.
